MRICS Buiding Surveyor

Our client is a well-established property consultancy with an outstanding reputation in within their field. Due to the continued success and growth of the building surveying department, our client now has an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to manage a diverse range of clients and projects, based in Liverpool. Our client is looking for an experienced Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor (at least 2 years post qualified). This is a diverse position, based in Liverpool and with some travel throughout the UK. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of commercial projects, mainly within the retail and healthcare sectors. As the successful chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out work related to stock condition surveys, planned maintenance, project management, dilapidation's and party wall, identifying structural faults and making recommendations for reports for clients. As part of your role as (MRICS) Building Surveyor, you will also be required to attend networking events, developing relationships with key contacts and working with the Building Surveying department to encourage business growth for the team. To succeed as an MRICS Building Surveyor in this position you will already be a Chartered Building Surveyor and have successful experience within pre and post contract delivery of a diverse range of instructions. We are looking for a confident character who is able to build successful business relationships, ready for a challenge and open to some travel within the role. A competitive package of up to £50,000k is being offered, company car and benefits.
