Trainee Estate Agent

Our client is an award-winning Estate Agent with an extremely successful brand. As market leading Liverpool agent, they offer a structured career development programme and outstanding training. With various staff incentives, rewards and career progression on offer this is an amazing opportunity for a trainee estate agent in south Liverpool.   As a trainee estate agent within an extremely busy team, you will assist the sales team with all of their duties, dealing with vendors and third-party clients on a daily basis.   You must be able to work to weekly targets and KPI’s, you will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property viewings and valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will be responsible for marketing properties line, dealing with incoming telephone enquiries and carrying out various administrative duties.   You will also be required to drop off marketing leaflets to prospective clients. (You must have your own car). Although the role is mainly based in South Liverpool, you will also be required to sometimes travel to the Wirral. You will be pad full expenses for all of your travel.   This is a varied and busy role where you will be challenged every day and you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the success of the company. Starting salary will be £15,000, increasing after the initial training period.   About you We are looking for candidate who possess the following skills and attributes:
