Due to continued growth a highly successful Real Estate Consultancy is looking to recruit an MRICS Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join a thriving department. Conducting work on behalf of public and private sector clients you will be given autonomy to manage you own client relationships successfully, providing valuations for loan security, viability, company accounts, and general advisory purposes. With a passion for providing quality valuations you will carry out property inspections, prepare reports of a high calibre and to clients timescales, with a focus on achieving team financials and client satisfaction. Although business development is not an essential element of the role you will have the ability and the contacts within the North West to identify new opportunities individually and for the team, to ensure the continued growth and success of the department.
