Are you an MRICS Agency Surveyor with experience in the North West? A dynamic consultancy is looking for an Agency Surveyor to join their existing well established team in the North West. You will be responsible for the disposal and acquisition of properties including retail, office, and industrial space for a varied client base across the region. You will carry out property inspections, arrange viewings, and negotiate heads of terms, whilst keeping a continuing focus on maximising revenue and minimising liabilities. As a confident networker you will use your existing knowledge of the North West market and your successful relationships to drive the business forward and expand the existing agency service on offer.
