Property Inspector

My client is an award-winning, independent property company, with a reputation for high standards and first-class customer service. Due to business growth, they are now seeking an enthusiastic property inspector to join their busy office in Leeds City Centre. Working within a busy lettings team as a property inspector, you will be responsible for carrying out property inspections and inventories, completing all pre and post let inspections and ensuring that property reports are accurately completed. As part of the property management team, you will identify and report any maintenance issues, ensure that landlords and regularly updated and assist the property management team with their daily administration and customer service duties. Our ideal candidate for this role will have worked within the lettings or property management sector, you must be highly motivated and well presented with exceptional customer service skills and happy to travel daily around the city. (your own car and driving license are essential).
