Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client is prestigious property consultancy with a range of high-profile clients across the UK. They have an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to deliver diverse commercial projects, based in their thriving Liverpool office. They are looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor (at least 1 years post qualified). This is an exciting and varied position offering the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, including retail, healthcare and commercial office. The role on offer is both challenging and diverse, you will be actively involved in carrying out condition surveys, contact administration, project management, dilapidations and party wall. You will also be tasked with providing advice on health and safety matters, alongside seeking out new client relationships, developing business and attending networking events. You will already be a Chartered Building Surveyor and have a degree in building surveying. You should be ready for a challenge, looking for the next step within your career and able to work well within a team of professional characters who work hard but have fun doing it! This position offers the opportunity for a chartered building surveyor in Liverpool to join a growing company that will develop you towards an associate role.
