Residential Block Manager

Our client is a highly regarded property management company, with a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the north west. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced residential block manager to join their expanding block management team in Liverpool. Working within a team of experienced professionals, our client is looking for an enthusiastic and professional block manager, who can provide an exceptional level of customer service whilst managing a demanding and diverse residential portfolio.   Duties and Responsibilities: ·         Responsible for managing a large residential portfolio apartments ·         Arranging maintenance and liaising with contractors ·         Setting service budgets and charges ·         Hosting AGM meetings ·         Negotiating costs with external contractors ·         Meeting contractors on site and assessing work .      Managing health and safety records, actioning any necessary works ·         Producing reports and correspondence ·         Travelling between sites and acting as a key contact for all client queries   We are seeking a highly organised and confident residential property manager in Liverpool, who is used to working within a KPI-driven environment.
