MRICS Valuation Surveyor

Are you an MRICS Valuation Surveyor with experience in both Residential and Commercial Valuation? Do you have strong property knowledge of the wider Yorkshire area and would like a role that can offer more than simply churning out report after report? Looking for some variety?

Working within a well-established and highly successful Valuation team based in Leeds, you will provide a wide range of Valuations and Surveys on all types of residential and commercial buildings, for a variety of purposes including banks, building societies and bridging finance, inheritance tax for probate, Insurance, Right to Buy, and Pension funds. Being a confident communicator, you will enjoy liaising with your clients and will have a strong drive to achieve the best results possible.

What really makes this role stand out from other Commercial Valuation Surveyor positions however is the opportunity to also get involved in agency instructions within the firm. If desired, you can also be responsible for the selling, letting and acquiring property for several of the firm’s clients, therefore giving the variety that many valuation roles simply cannot provide.

Being part of a smaller sized team, you will have a varied role and good levels of responsibility with a clear career path available.

Of course, for a role like this you need to love what you do and have a passion for Property Valuation and the Yorkshire property market in general. You will have been working within Commercial and Residential Valuation within Leeds and the surrounding areas and be MRICS qualified plus ideally a registered valuer.
