About the role
Our client is a reputable property firm with a prominent presence in the West Yorkshire area. Due to the continued success derived from the quality of work produced and a loyal client base the firm have an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to deliver diverse commercial projects, based in the thriving Leeds office.
The firm is looking for an experienced Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor (at least 1 years post qualified). This is an exciting and diverse position offering the opportunity to work across a variety of projects within the Residential and Commercial sectors. As the successful MRICS Building Surveyor you will be responsible for carrying out work related to stock condition surveys, planned maintenance, project management, dilapidation's and party wall, identifying structural faults and making recommendations for reports for clients based in Leeds and the surrounding areas.
To succeed as an MRICS Building Surveyor in this position you will already be a Chartered Building Surveyor, have a degree in building surveying and have a proven track record in pre and post contract delivery of a diverse range of instructions. You should be ready for a challenge, looking for the next step within your career and able to work well within a team of professional characters who work hard but have fun doing it!
