MRICS Building Surveyor

Due to continued success in the region, a multi-disciplinary property consultancy with offices based throughout the North West have an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the well-respected and acknowledged team in Cheshire.

The company is looking for an experienced Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor (at least 2 years post qualified). You will be responsible for carrying out work related to building condition surveys, project management, negotiating dilapidations, party wall issues, identifying structural faults and making recommendations for reports.

To succeed as an MRICS Building Surveyor in this position you will already be a Chartered Building Surveyor, have a degree in building surveying and have a proven track record in pre and post contract delivery of a diverse range of instructions.
