Chartered Town Planner

Clifton Gray is working with a prominent UK based property development firm who have an exceptional reputation for delivering medium to large mixed-use schemes. Due to a sustained period of growth and a strong pipeline of work, the firm is looking to strengthen the team with several key senior hires, including a Chartered Town Planner (Senior/Principle or Associate planner level) that will contribute to the growth and development of the overall business.

Taking responsibility of the planning function this role will suit a Chartered Planner wanting to put their stamp on a highly reputable business. Ensuring every project is sustainable you will be responsible for making important decisions guiding the development forward and pushing through key applications and projects for sites primarily based in Manchester and London.

As the firm’s planner you will prepare, review, and draft an array of planning documentation, prepare often complex planning applications, draft site appraisals, undertake research and site visits which will enable you to fully advise on planning matters.

This firm only look to employ the best people across the property sector, so if you are a self-starter and driven professional with a successful track record in achieving top results in securing medium to large scale planning permissions this could be the natural next stage in your career. You will be a Chartered member of RTPI ideally with private sector experience. This position offers a negotiable salary DOE coupled with a highly attractive package including lucrative bonus.
