This Sales negotiator job working with an impressive agent in Southport, is an opportunity not to be missed!   The role will be based within a bustling, modern office, working within a team of highly motivated property professionals. As a sales negotiator within the team, you will be responsible for the entire property sales process, negotiating the best price for your client and ensuring that customers always receive an outstanding level of customer service.   To apply for this Sales negotiator opportunity in Southport, you will already have experience working within an estate agency, be comfortable working to weekly targets and KPI’s and have a passion for selling properties. You will be expected to proactively contact customers to arrange property viewings and valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will deal with the full offer stage, negotiating price and dealing with all relevant parties, seeing the sale through to completion.   We are looking for candidate who possess the following skills and attributes:

• Estate agency experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure, experience within a target driven role
• Confident, professional and well presented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have a driving license and own car
• Professional telephone manner
• Enthusiastic and highly driven
• Ambitious and career minded
• Team player, honest and personable
• Must be able to work some Saturdays (with a lieu day offered during the week)
