Senior MRICS Commercial Valuations Surveyor

Our client is a market leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a client base ranging from multi-national companies, through to SME’s and private individuals. They obtain a large amount of their work through personal recommendation and have maintained a loyal client base for many years. Due to continued expansion throughout the business, they now have an opportunity for a senior MRICS Valuation Surveyor to oversee a team, within their Leeds office. Heading up the Leeds team, you will predominately cover the Yorkshire area, covering all main commercial sectors for a range of private and public clients. Possessing at least 5 years post qualification experience, you will be a confident client relationship manager with a passion for delivering valuations of commercial owner-occupied and investment properties. You will be looking for the next step within your career as a senior surveyor / manager, within a role which will lead to a directorship/partnership after working successfully for period of time. We are looking for an MRICS Valuations Surveyor who is able to carry out a range of duties, encompassing all commercial sectors for public and private clients, including some of the largest national banks. Conducting Valuations for loan security, accounts and corporate asset for investment and owner-occupied clients, developing key client relationships through regular contact and networking, quality control, measuring and inspecting properties and producing detailed client reports To be considered for this unique Valuations Surveyor role, leading to a directorship/partnership level position, you will have the following expertise:

• MRICS qualified
• Proven post-qualification experience within commercial valuations
• Knowledge and experience of the Leeds/Yorkshire market

A negotiable salary of up to £55,000k (plus bonuses and £5,500 car allowance) is available to the successful candidate (depending upon experience).
