Residential Valuations Surveyor

Our client is a multi-faceted property company with an excellent reputation throughout the North West. Due to the high volume of business within their residential valuations team, they are now seeking an additional Chartered Residential Valuations Surveyor in Liverpool, to add to their already successful department. You’ll need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least one-year post-qualification experience in residential surveying, with a natural flair for customer service and building strong client relationships. The role will include a carrying out Home Buyer Reports, Mortgage Valuations and Specialist Valuations, based in Liverpool and covering the Wirral and Merseyside areas. Our client offers flexibility within the role, the autonomy to manage your own appointments system and although you will be officially be based in the Liverpool office, they offer the option to be semi home based. Our client is offering an excellent package of up to £50,000k (for a senior surveyor), alongside a car allowance and office set up to work remotely.
