Senior Building Surveyor

Our client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a reputation for excellence across the UK. They currently have a requirement for a Building Surveyor / Senior Building surveyor to join their award winning team in Manchester.   The company has grown rapidly over the past few years by providing a high level of service to clients across multiple sectors and by investing in their staff across all levels of the business. The Building Consultancy team works alongside a range of clients, across all building sectors including residential, commercial also one-off instructions. The workload is extremely diverse, ranging from project & contract administration, dilapidations, party wall, inspections, defects, acquisitions surveys project consultancy and refurbishments.   Although the position will be formally based within the Manchester office, the daily role will require traveling across the North West, you will spend much of your working week on site at current projects.   They will consider a chartered building surveyor or a senior building surveyor with a minimum of 12 months experience within the industry (and a RICS accredited degree).   The successful candidate will be offered a clear path to career progression You will need to show a high level of technical ability along with strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage a diverse work schedule.   The salary for this is between £35,000 - £50,000k depending upon experience.   To discuss this opportunity in more detail, email your CV or contact Rachael Gray for an initial conversation.   Clifton Gray is a specialist property recruitment company.
