Project Manager

My client is a fast growing and ambitious developer with a number of residential projects planned in the imminent future. With a historic success refurbs and conversions, they are now planning a number of exciting projects, including mixed use conversions and residential new builds, all to be based in the Liverpool area. With such busy times ahead, they are now seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager, to lead and manage the new developments from planning stage to completion. Ideally coming from a residential background as a project management or surveyor, we are looking for a highly motivated and driven project manager who has the ability to successfully lead a team of contractors, plan and deliver on budgets, source and purchase materials, develop strong relationships with all third-party clients to ensure that the build is delivered on time at high quality. As a construction project manager in Liverpool, you will also be responsible for recruiting local contractors, project planning including planning and delivering a budget, working alongside architects, organising and communicating lead times to contractors, ensuring that completion times (generally 6/9 months) are met.
