Commercial Property Surveyor

They specialise in areas including agency, property and asset management, business rates and valuations, rent services and lease renewals.   With a reputation for excellence and integrity, they have a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK. As a result of continued business growth, they are now seeking a chartered commercial property surveyor to join their prestigious commercial team in Liverpool.   They are looking for a commercially aware, ambitious commercial property surveyor who has had minimum 3 years’ experience within a commercial property role, ideally with experience in managing a range of clients and carrying out commercial valuations and with the confidence to handle all areas of property management.   Duties will include: ·         Managing both Landlord and tenant advisory ·         Producing monthly client reports ·         Service charge administration ·         Offering an exceptional level of service to a portfolio of high profile client ·         Working closely with maintenance contractors to ensure that work is carried out to a high standard ·         Conducting property inspections and carrying out valuations   We are looking either for a newly qualified or an experienced chartered surveyor.
