Graduate Teaching Assistant to Qualified Teacher

Are you a graduate teaching assistant working in a school that cannot support teacher training?

If so, then the Teach In Qualified (TIQ) programme may be for you!

TIQ is currently working with a number of partner schools who are looking for future teachers to join them in January 2017. That’s right – you don’t have to wait until September to start training!

You'll be joining a two year programme to take you from graduate to teacher with the support of our well respected training provider. The biggest advantage is that you'll be paid a salary as you learn!

TIQ recognises that becoming an excellent teacher is not something that happens overnight so we've created a two year programme which will equip you with the theory, knowledge and practical experience to become a qualified teacher.

By joining our cohort for January and being based in one our very supportive schools, by September, you’ll have the opportunity to teach your own lessons. Don’t worry, you won’t be thrown into the deep end and your school based mentor as well as another mentor from our SCITT partner will be on hand supporting and advising you on your journey.
