Permanent Veterinary Surgeon – North Northamptonshire – MJH391

MJ Health is currently seeking a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon for our well-established independent client based in North Northamptonshire.

Job Role: Permanent Veterinary Surgeon

Role Duties: Good mix of consulting and operating, with excellent case continuity and complete clinical autonomy

Animal Type: Small Animal

Shifts/Rota: Full or part time with flexible days

Weekends: 1 in 5 weekend rota

Out of Hours: No OOH, on call or bank holidays

Consults: 15 minute consults and enjoy your own personalised consult room

Team Size: 5 vets, 5 nurses and support staff

Facilities: Spacious clinical areas in a new purpose built facility, equipped with new digital DR x-ray and ultrasound

Accommodation: No – relocation package available

Salary Offered: £50,000 – £70,000 FTE per annum, DOE

Progression: Paid CPD and Cert training, supported training for clinical progression, opportunities to work up to Clinical Director level or open your own practice

Benefits: Up to 20% of salary on target bonus (not sales based) including £5k minimum first year bonus, cost price personal pet care, pension, paid RCVS/VDS, childcare support, buy extra holiday scheme, regular team day outings

Candidate Requirements: 2 years+ qualified confident small animal vet

Other Notes: To be an applicable candidate you must be RCVS registered and have the right to work within the UK. Nice easy-going practice and proudly independent, not suitable for a new graduate
