The Role

As a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Welcome buyers and vendors, delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Proactively market and promote newly listed properties
• Generate valuation opportunities and identify new business
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
• Support the wider team in achieving branch targets and business objectives

Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements:

• Recent residential estate agency experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ambitious, career-driven, and motivated to achieve results
• Hard-working with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also performing independently
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence
