We're recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and award-winning residential lettings team. The Role

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Carrying out rental valuations and securing new instructions from landlords.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
• Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to applicants.
• Matching prospective tenants with suitable rental properties based on their requirements.
• Negotiating tenancy agreements and terms between landlords and tenants.
• Generating new business opportunities and contributing towards branch targets.
• Managing enquiries efficiently and ensuring a seamless customer journey throughout the lettings process.
• Acting as a senior member of the team, providing support and guidance to colleagues where required.

Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within residential lettings
• Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Professional, confident, and proactive approach
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new systems quickly
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Full UK driving licence
