We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a respected surveying practice, covering the Tyne and Wear area. Working within a fixed geographical area, you'll benefit from full admin support, pre-booked appointments, and the flexibility of remote working, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients. 

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carrying out residential valuation reports and private home surveys (Level 1 and 2 surveys).
• Producing accurate survey reports using market-leading technology.
• Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit.
• Managing a fixed geographical work area efficiently.
• Attend and participate in regional meetings.
• Maintaining professional development through ongoing training and industry updates.

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• Experience as a Residential Surveyor, preferably with AssocRICS status or higher
• Demonstrate familiarity with residential surveys and valuation reports
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own car
• Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation
