Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're recruiting for a Holiday Property Manager to join a well-established, family-owned holiday lettings agency, managing a portfolio of over 300 high-quality holiday cottages across North Norfolk.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional looking to join a growing business within the thriving holiday lettings industry, where no two days are the same.

The Role

As a Holiday Property Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of over 300 holiday cottages across North Norfolk, maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the guest journey
• Take telephone bookings and advise guests on the most suitable holiday properties
• Support guests during their stay, resolving housekeeping and maintenance issues efficiently
• Liaise with the maintenance team and local contractors to coordinate repairs and property works
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly
• Process guest feedback and carry out any required follow-up actions
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate customer records using booking software
• Carry out regular property visits and inspections
• Build strong relationships with property owners, guests and contractors
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the wider team

Holiday Property Manager Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience, ideally working with high-end clientele
• Good local knowledge of North Norfolk and the surrounding attractions, restaurants and amenities
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
• A personable, approachable and professional manner
• Confidence handling customer complaints calmly and effectively
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve within a fast-paced environment
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Strong IT and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team

Working Hours:

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• Flexibility required during busy holiday periods
