We're recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager to join a successful and well-established estate agency branch in Loughton. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong lister, Senior Negotiator, or existing Assistant Manager looking to play a key role in the success and growth of a busy, high-performing office.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the branch while driving new business, winning instructions, and helping to maintain a motivated, results-focused team that delivers exceptional customer service.

The Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will:

• Support the day-to-day management and performance of the branch
• Generate new business through valuations, prospecting, and winning instructions
• Drive branch revenue, market share, and overall business growth
• Support, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service from instruction through to completion
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders
• Lead by example with a proactive and target-driven approach

Assistant Branch Manager Requirements:

• Proven track record as a successful estate agency lister
• Experience as a Senior Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager
• Strong ability to win instructions and generate new business
• Experience supporting and developing a sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Commercially minded, ambitious, and results-driven approach
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
