Our client, a well-respected independent Estate Agency, is currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their close-knit team in the Loughton area.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be offered:

Key requirements for the Senior Property Manager Role:

• At least 18 months of previous experience in property management
• ARLA qualified ideally, however, not essential
• A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Positive, proactive attitude
• A true team player who is driven and self-motivated
• Full UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle

Your responsibilities as a Senior Property Manager:

• Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
• Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
• Managing and resolving maintenance issues promptly, keeping clients informed
• Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Keeping property systems up to date
• Assisting with landlord payments and accounts
