We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a thriving and forward-thinking surveying business due to continued growth and increasing workloads across Staffordshire and Derbyshire. The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across your designated area
• Undertake Mortgage Valuations to a high professional standard
• Deliver accurate and timely reports in line with industry regulations and best practice
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
• Manage your workload effectively while maintaining high service standards
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
• Registered Valuer Status (VRS)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and professional standards
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
