Are you an experienced Financial Advisor looking for a home-based role with an existing client bank and excellent earning potential?

We're recruiting on behalf of a reputable Independent Financial Advice (IFA) firm seeking a qualified Financial Advisor to join their team, servicing clients across the Solihull area. This is an excellent opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality financial advice without the pressure of generating your own leads. 

The Role

As a Financial Advisor, you will:

• Manage and develop an existing client bank, delivering ongoing financial advice and support
• Provide tailored financial planning solutions based on individual client objectives
• Conduct client meetings and manage your own diary efficiently
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional client service
• Research financial products and recommend suitable solutions from a range of providers
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships
• Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with FCA regulations
• Work closely with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Financial Advisor Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Financial Advisor is essential
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) as a minimum
• Strong client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional advice
• Experience managing an existing client bank
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
• Strong understanding of financial products, regulation, and compliance

• Realistic OTE of £70,000–£80,000 with uncapped bonus potential
