Experienced in residential property valuations? We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a market-leading estate agency in Southport. With a high volume of pre-booked valuations each week, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional to maximise listings and earn uncapped commission.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Valuer who enjoys winning instructions, building client relationships and contributing to the continued success of a busy, high-performing branch.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
- Carry out accurate market appraisals for residential properties
- Win instructions and convert valuations into listings
- Build strong relationships with vendors throughout the sales process
- Upsell additional services, including financial services and conveyancing
- Deliver outstanding customer service from valuation through to instruction
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to branch performance
- Maintain strong knowledge of the local property market and pricing trends
Sales Valuer Requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience, including listing and valuing properties
- Proven ability to win instructions and close for business
- Motivated, driven and target-focused approach
- Strong knowledge of the Southport property market and surrounding area
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building ability
- Full UK driving licence
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
What's on Offer?
- £30,000 basic salary
- £50,000 - £60,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)
