We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a leading independent estate agency with a strong presence in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas. This role would suit a confident and organised property professional who enjoys managing a portfolio, building strong client relationships, and delivering a high level of service within a busy lettings and property management environment.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

• Oversee a portfolio of residential properties using internal systems and software
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and ensure full regulatory compliance across all properties
• Carry out regular property inspections and site visits to maintain standards
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors
• Keep clients informed on legal responsibilities and changes in tenancy legislation
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders

Property Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience in Property Management or Lettings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach
• Ability to manage a varied portfolio and coordinate multiple contractors
• ARLA or NFOPP qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells / Tonbridge area beneficial
