Our client, a successful and expanding estate agency operating in some of the most desirable areas of the country, is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Chipping Norton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior role with genuine progression opportunities within a supportive and high-performing environment.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Register applicants and greet customers
• Generate new business opportunities
• Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
• Attend market appraisals and valuations
• Follow up leads via phone and face-to-face
• Carry out canvassing to generate new business
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ estate agency experience
• Listing experience desirable
• Strong customer service skills
• Proactive, positive, and professional approach
• Confident and polite telephone manner
• Local area knowledge (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to learn and progress within the industry

What’s on Offer?

• £22,000 – £26,000 basic salary
• £28,000 – £35,000 OTE

Working Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays on a rota basis
