Are you an experienced in either residential sales or lettings?

We're recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and successful estate agency in the Leamington Spa area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated property professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing team.

You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout their property journey.

The Role

As an Estate Agent, you will:

• Register buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate sales and lettings offers between all parties
• Build strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Match suitable properties to buyers and tenants
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and lettings process
• Generate new business opportunities where possible
• Work towards and exceed individual and branch targets

Estate Agent Requirements

• Previous experience as an Estate Agent within either sales or lettings
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Organised, proactive, and target-driven
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence

What's on Offer?

• £24,000 basic salary
• Realistic OTE of £28,000 - £30,000
