Experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager looking for a varied, multi-location leadership role?

We're recruiting for an ambitious and adaptable Branch Manager to join a successful and growing property business operating across multiple locations in North Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a positive impact across different branches.

You'll be responsible for providing cover across multiple offices, supporting teams during holidays, vacancies, and periods of absence, while driving performance, maintaining high standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and support branch teams across multiple locations
• Deliver consistent performance and ensure branch targets are achieved
• Conduct morning meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing team development
• Generate new business opportunities and support lead generation activity
• Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
• Ensure properties are marketed effectively to achieve the best results for clients
• Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Monitor local market trends and maintain strong market knowledge
• Drive profitability and operational performance across all assigned branches
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service across all locations

Branch Manager Requirements

• Previous experience in estate agency or property sales leadership
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams
• Proven track record of winning instructions and driving sales performance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different branch environments and teams
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence
• High levels of professionalism, energy, and resilience
• Full UK driving licence
