We're delighted to be partnering with a well-established independent mortgage brokerage in Leatherhead to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their friendly and close-knit team. With a strong reputation for delivering expert, personalised mortgage advice, this is an excellent opportunity to work with high-quality clients purchasing second homes and investment properties. 

The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients purchasing second homes, holiday lets, and investment properties
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion
• Manage incoming leads via telephone and email, delivering a professional and efficient service
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual financial requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and keep up to date with mortgage products and market changes
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business targets and deliver outstanding client outcomes

Mortgage Advisor Requirements:

• Minimum of one year's experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Full CeMAP qualification
• CAS status would be advantageous
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Personable and professional approach, with the ability to work with high-value clients
• Driven, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Full-time position
• Hybrid working with 3–4 days per week working from home
• No weekend working

What's on Offer?

• Basic salary of £30,000–£33,000
• Realistic OTE of £45,000–£50,000 with uncapped earning potential
