We're recruiting for an ambitious Lettings Manager to join a successful and well-established estate agency in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional looking to take ownership of a thriving lettings department, drive business growth, and develop a high-performing team.

You'll play a key role in increasing market share, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the continued success of the branch.

The Role

As a Lettings Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day performance and growth of the lettings department
• Provide expert lettings advice and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Drive profitability by identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Carry out rental valuations and advise landlords on pricing and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team through regular training and daily meetings
• Monitor local market trends and maintain expert knowledge of the Croydon lettings market
• Ensure properties are marketed effectively to maximise results
• Consistently achieve and exceed branch and individual performance targets

Lettings Manager Requirements

• Previous experience within residential lettings, ideally at management level
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow market share
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the Croydon property market is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
