We're recruiting for an ambitious Associate Lettings Manager to join a prominent and well-established independent estate agency in Bognor Regis. Working alongside the Lettings Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the lettings department, winning new instructions, and delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

The Role

As an Associate Lettings Manager, you will:

• Advise landlords on rental values, marketing strategies, and property presentation
• Conduct rental valuations and secure new lettings instructions
• Create engaging property listings with high-quality marketing content
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and local market activity
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and professional partners
• Work closely with the Lettings Manager to drive branch performance
• Support and motivate the team while promoting a positive, high-performing culture
• Stay up to date with local market trends and lettings legislation
• Help maximise branch profitability and market share

Associate Lettings Manager Requirements

• Previous experience within residential lettings
• Proven ability to convert valuations into new instructions and completed lets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service
• Target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive, and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence
