We're recruiting for an ambitious Sales Manager to join a highly successful estate agency in Welling. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional with a proven track record in winning instructions, leading high-performing teams, and driving branch profitability.

You'll play a key role in growing market share, developing new business, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into new instructions
• Drive branch profitability by achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximise performance
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other key stakeholders
• Oversee the sales process from instruction through to completion
• Support the Branch Manager in delivering business objectives and maintaining operational standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey

Sales Manager Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager within residential estate agency
• Proven track record of winning instructions and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a successful team
• Excellent valuation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused
• Full UK driving licence
