We're recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency in Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and personable individual looking to build a successful career in lettings.

Previous lettings experience is preferred; however, our client will also consider a trainee with a strong background in customer service or sales who is eager to learn and develop.

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between landlords and prospective tenants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to generate repeat business
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Handle day-to-day administration to ensure transactions progress smoothly
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual and branch targets

Lettings Negotiator Requirements

• Previous lettings experience is preferred, but not essential
• Customer service or sales experience will be considered for trainee applicants
• Confident, professional, and an excellent communicator
• Well-presented with a friendly and personable approach
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive attitude
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
