We're recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join a successful and expanding estate agency in the Redditch area. Due to continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team where your expertise will play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from sale agreed through to completion.

This role would suit an organised and proactive property professional with experience in sales progression or conveyancing who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Sales Progressor, you will:

• Manage property sales from agreed sale through to completion
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
• Proactively chase outstanding matters that may delay exchanges or completions
• Provide regular updates to all parties throughout the transaction process
• Build strong relationships to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
• Identify and resolve issues to keep transactions progressing effectively

Sales Progressor Requirements:

• Previous experience in property sales progression, estate agency, or conveyancing
• Strong communication and telephone skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Customer-focused and professional attitude

What's on Offer?

• £30,000 basic salary
• Commission structure
• £32,000 OTE
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
