The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Progress property sales from offer through to completion
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome
• Deliver exceptional customer service and vendor care throughout the sales journey
• Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other stakeholders to ensure transactions progress smoothly
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
• Support the wider team in achieving branch targets and delivering outstanding service

Sales Negotiator Requirements:

• Recent residential estate agency experience is essential
• Strong understanding of the property sales process
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, motivated, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple transactions
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
