Passionate about property photography and creating marketing content that helps homes stand out?

We're recruiting for a Property Photographer to join a well-respected independent estate agency in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised individual to produce high-quality visual content across a diverse portfolio of residential properties.

You'll be responsible for showcasing homes at their very best through professional photography, videography, and floor plans, helping to maximise their appeal and attract prospective buyers.

The Role

As a Property Photographer, you will:

• Capture high-quality photography and videography for a range of residential properties
• Produce accurate and professional floor plans using relevant software
• Edit, retouch, and enhance images to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing materials
• Coordinate property appointments with vendors, tenants, and colleagues
• Ensure all photography and marketing content is delivered accurately and within agreed timescales
• Provide creative input to enhance property presentation and marketing campaigns
• Represent the business professionally during all property visits
• Manage your own diary and travel efficiently between appointments

Property Photographer Requirements

• Previous experience in property photography, commercial photography, or a similar visual media role
• Strong understanding of photography techniques, lighting, composition, and image editing
• Confident using DSLR or mirrorless camera equipment and editing software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload independently
• Creative eye for detail and property presentation
• Full UK driving licence
