The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, candidates, and vacancies within a dedicated sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Source and headhunt high-quality candidates for live vacancies
• Conduct interviews, manage feedback, and coordinate the hiring process
• Develop new business opportunities through client engagement and sales activity
• Negotiate offers, fees, and placement terms
• Understand client requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Work towards and exceed KPIs and performance targets

Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role
• Ambitious, motivated, and driven to succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, resilient, and target-driven approach

• Monday to Thursday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
• Early Friday finish
