Are you an experienced AssocRICS+ Residential Surveyor looking for a role with strong earning potential, flexibility, and genuine support?
We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary property practice operating across both residential and commercial sectors. The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Level 2 Surveys
- Level 3 Surveys (Our clients are happy to train if necessary)
- Red Book Valuations
- Bespoke Building Surveys
- Private and Panel work
- Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
- Registered Valuer status essential
- Proven track record in residential surveying
- Strong attention to detail and report writing accuracy
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Full UK driving licence
