The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Work closely with experienced recruiters to learn the full recruitment process
• Source and headhunt candidates using multiple methods
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Support business development by identifying sales leads and opportunities
• Manage job adverts across internal and external platforms
• Assist with CV preparation and candidate submissions
• Handle incoming queries and provide administrative support
• Develop knowledge of a specialist recruitment sector
• Work towards matching candidates to live vacancies and client requirements

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

• Strong telephone sales experience (sales, customer service, or account management)
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated to succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude
• Hard-working with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
