We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a successful and independent surveying practice covering the Preston area. The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Conduct residential property valuations in line with professional standards
• Carry out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
• Inspect residential properties and identify defects, maintenance issues, and risks
• Produce accurate and detailed survey reports for clients
• Deliver professional advice and guidance to homeowners, buyers, and stakeholders
• Manage your own workload efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Utilise modern surveying technology, including iPads and specialist applications
• Ensure compliance with RICS regulations and industry best practices
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and referrers

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Residential Surveyor
• VRS Registered
• Proven experience conducting residential valuations and Level 2 & 3 Surveys
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using iPads, surveying software, and digital applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads independently
• Full UK driving licence
