We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice covering the Coventry area. Due to continued business growth, they're looking for an experienced surveying professional to work on a consultancy basis, covering properties within a 25-mile radius of your home.

Offering complete flexibility, a market-leading fee split, and full administrative support, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking to maximise their earnings while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out RICS Home Surveys (Level 2/HomeBuyer Reports)
• Undertake Mortgage Valuations
• Produce accurate, high-quality survey reports using industry-leading software
• Manage your own workload and diary effectively
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the surveying process
• Ensure reports are completed in line with RICS standards and regulatory requirements
• Cover survey work within a 25-mile radius of your home

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• AssocRICS qualified (minimum) or above
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification surveying experience
• VRS registered
• Strong experience carrying out residential valuations and surveys
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Working Arrangement
