We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well-established and expanding independent lettings agency. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to manage a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of each property
• Coordinate maintenance issues and arrange contractor appointments
• Organise inspections, appointments, and property visits
• Complete and maintain all relevant tenancy and property documentation
• Resolve property-related queries in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle

Property Manager Requirements

• Previous property management or lettings experience is preferred
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

What's on Offer?

• Basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000
• Monday-Friday working hours (8:30am-5:00pm)
