Working with a fantastic team, this diverse and busy role will involve the following tasks:
- Process purchase invoices
- Maintain the sales ledger, ensuring invoices are raised accurately
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Support payroll administration and assist employees with queries
- Support the Assistant Management Accountant with sales packs and month-end administration
- Support the preparation of customer on-boarding documentation and related administrative packs.
- Assist with company vehicle administration and other business support activities as required.
The person:
- The successful candidate will have previous experience in a finance or administration role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
