We are searching for a motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking Nurse Manager who can elevate clinical standards, inspire a committed care team, and champion a culture built on dignity, respect, and genuinely person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead in the day-to-day clinical operations of the home

• Inspire, develop, and mentor a high-performing nursing and care team

• Oversee compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

• Manage safe staffing levels, recruitment, references, and Access NI checks

• Ensure adherence to NMC and right-to-work requirements

• Collaborate closely with the Deputy Manager to deliver outstanding resident care

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a care home environment

• Valid UK NMC PIN with no restrictions

• Strong, confident leadership skills with a passion for resident wellbeing

• Eligibility to work in Northern Ireland (sponsorship not available)
