About the role
Sales Coordinator
Location: Belfast
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm
An established, award-winning machinery and equipment supplier is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support its busy sales operation. This is a varied role involving sales administration, customer liaison, finance support, marketing assistance, and coordination across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with quotations, reports, presentations, and administration.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.
- Coordinate customer communications and follow-up activities.
- Assist with finance proposals, invoicing, and order processing.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, or coordination.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Industry knowledge or familiarity with agricultural, construction, or machinery products would be advantageous
