About you…

• Previous experience working within a similar role ideally within a trade counter or customer-facing role, ideally within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Previous supervising experience
• Proficient with MS Office

Duties…

• Receive, inspect, and manage goods in
• Assist customers with enquiries, order processing, and product selection at the trade counter
• Support deliveries and collections
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to customers
• Train, motivate, and support warehouse and trade counter staff
• Lead and manage staff
• Oversee stock control processes
• Complete admin duties linked to delivery notes
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to
• Other adhoc duties
